曾任藥物分子庫管理人/毛細管電泳儀/液液相萃取儀

技術專長：以有機化學應用於高極性天然物之萃取、純化、合成與分析之技術開發，利用化學及酵素方法降解高分子量的多醣體，純化並鑑定多醣分子的單糖組成、立體組態、化學結構及分子大小。尋找與疾病有關的醣分子和醣分子複合體。開發鄰苯二胺類的醣類螢光標幟劑，並以此平台應用於食品、保健食品及醣類藥物之分析與製程品管。熟悉傳統醣類組成及結構分析方法(HPAEC-PAD/NMR/LC-MS/MALDI-TOF-MS/GC-MS)。
