研究方向/領域

本實驗室主要研究興趣為了解生理及病理過程的生物代謝能量調控。藉由採用分子/細胞生物學、生物化學、單細胞RNA定序技術以及代謝體學的方法來研究肥胖與相關代謝疾病之小鼠模型。近期研究項目著重在代謝與免疫訊號之相關作用,主要項目如下:

  • 適應生理壓力的代謝機制。如:耐力運動、冷暴露和進食/禁食等壓力環境。
  • 生理與病理情況下脂肪組織中免疫細胞的動態變化。
  • 小膠質細胞誘導之神經發炎的粒線體能量學。
  • 以多組學方法(例如:單細胞/單核RNA定序、ATAC定序、ChIP定序、蛋白質體學與代謝體學)了解脂肪細胞生物學。
