研究方向/領域

我們主要致力於下列研究工作：

  1. 了解病毒性肝炎的自然史及推動其進展的病毒、宿主和環境決定因子；近期研究重點是利用B型肝炎病毒全長深度定序來剖析慢性B型肝炎患者中病毒族群和變異的分佈，以及這些病毒準種（quasispecies）如何與人類遺傳和免疫因素相互作用，從而影響疾病的進展。
     
  2. 開發及驗證風險預測模式，整合多個臨床及多體學參數以預測慢性B型和C型肝炎的進展和相關末期肝疾。
     
  3. 分析脂肪肝和代謝紊亂患者的健康事件及辨識高危險族群。
     
  4. 研究癌症的早期偵測生物指標，探索具有預測主要癌症潛力的多體學診斷前生物標記。
